What Attendees Are Saying

I learned new things, got to connect with friends, and see a world-class speaker right here in our own community. It was so awesome.

-- Chalice Springfield, Attendee

When I heard that it was happening, I was so thankful to see this happening with Aims behind it. I got really excited. To know that this is going to be happening, we’re thrilled.

-- Tim Coons, Attendee

A Look Back at the September Leadership Conference

On September 16, hundreds of community members came together at Aims for a day of ideas, connection and inspiration with Cassandra Worthy, Susan Cain and Dan Heath.

After the talk, I spoke one-on-one with about forty people—men and women, young and old, from all walks of life. There were tears and kindnesses, hugs and handshakes. People shared their own stories of division and their longing for connection. The warmth I had felt from the stage became even more vivid up close.

-- Dr. Amy Cuddy, 2025 Spotlight Speaker
