Aims Community College Spotlight Speaker Series Ticket Giveaway

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
2. SPONSOR: The sweepstakes is sponsored by Aims Community College, located at 4901 West 20th St., Greeley, Colorado (the "Sponsor").
3. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Aims Community College, members of the Board of Trustees, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate or win.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes entry period begins on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM MST and ends on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM MST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
5. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing the digital entry form accessible via the provided QR code or web link at the Eagles Hockey game. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
6. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to their choice of ONE of the following Spotlight Speaker Series events hosted at the Miller Auditorium in the Welcome Center:

• An Evening with Tim Tebow on March 30, 2027. (ARV: $140.00 USD)
• One Day. Three Speakers. on September 16, 2026. (ARV: $120 USD)

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted. The Prize value may fluctuate based on demand and availability, and any differences between the stated ARV and the actual value will not be awarded. The winner is solely responsible for any personal expenses, travel, or applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.
7. ODDS OF WINNING: The estimated odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing by June 1, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. The Sponsor will notify the potential winner via the email address provided at the time of entry by June 1, 2026. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days to claim the prize. If the potential winner fails to respond, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries.
9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Aims Community College, its board, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the prize.
