The 2026–2027 Spotlight Speakers season brings an exciting lineup of thought leaders to Northern Colorado. This season, we're excited to feature a one-day conference with three leadership experts, including lunch and time for networking, as well as a special evening event, both designed to inspire growth, connection, and meaningful conversation.

This program is designed to build connections and spark meaningful conversations that inspire leadership growth for individuals and organizations across our community and beyond.
After the talk, I spoke one-on-one with about forty people—men and women, young and old, from all walks of life. There were tears and kindnesses, hugs and handshakes. People shared their own stories of division and their longing for connection. The warmth I had felt from the stage became even more vivid up close.
