Completing the ticket transaction, and/or accepting a ticket signifies that you have accepted this agreement and are bound by the terms and conditions listed here.
The purchase or use of this ticket grants you admission and seating to a specified event at Aims Community College.
By submitting your ticket order you agree to the terms and conditions, which apply to all ticket orders facilitated by Aims Community College. Prices are subject to change at any time. Fees are passed on to the purchaser.
No cancellations or refunds are permitted. Please be sure to verify all your event information before ordering, such as title, date, time, seat selection, billing information, etc. Orders are subject to approval.
In the event that a performance is either cancelled or postponed, Aims Community College will make every effort to contact every patron via email, time permitting.
Aims Community College does not have a box office, if you are in need of assistance for purchasing your tickets, please reach out to events@aims.edu or 970-339-6310 (Phone Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Hours may be extended for event days.)
Ticket Delivery:
Tickets will be delivered via email after purchase. Please make sure your email address is correct when you purchase, as Aims Community College is not responsible for email delivery delays or failure.
Tickets cannot be held at will call.
Ticket Purchases and Sale Terms and Policies
BE AWARE OF RESELLERS! Tickets purchased from a vendor other than Aims Community College via this ticketing page may be lost, stolen, fake or otherwise violate our terms or policies. Such tickets will not be honored. Please be wary of any tickets from any site that does not stem from aims.edu. Aims Community College does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any third-party reseller (such as brokers or individuals). https://tickets.aims.edu/ is the only official online ticketing provider for Aims Community College events.
Tickets may not be sold for more than face value. Limited exceptions for charitable events may be made, only with Aims Community College's prior consent.
Fraudulent, misleading or other unlawful conduct in a ticket purchase or sale is a basis for legal enforcement. Aims Community College reserves the right to provide authorities with account holder information for investigation or prosecution of a ticket purchase or sale.
All events have ticket purchase limits per event. Please reach out to events@aims.edu for requests for larger orders.
Aims Community College reserves the right to not sell a ticket to any person or organization if Aims has knowledge or reason to believe that, due to the buyer’s behavior or for any other reason, the purchase is for resale or would otherwise violate Aims Community College terms, policies, or applicable laws. Aims also reserves the right not to honor a ticket that Aims Community College knows or has reason to believe has been purchased in violation of our terms, policies, or applicable laws.
Ticket purchasers who violate Aims Community College’s terms and policies or purchase with the intent to violate Aims Community College’s terms and policies may have their accounts closed, tickets revoked, admission refused, delivery method changes without notice, and/or future purchases refused. Tickets may be seized without compensation.
There are no cancellations or refunds unless otherwise notified due to event cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement for any reason (up to the sole discretion of Aims Community College) for the original purchase price of the ticket. Once an event begins, it is deemed fully performed and no refund will be given. Any requests for refunds will be denied. Tickets may be given to another person to use for the event. The date and time of the event including the listed door time are subject to change by Aims Community College in its sole discretion. These changes shall not entitle attendees to a refund or any other remedy if the attendee cannot attend the event.
Aims Community College has the right to and may update these terms and policies at any time, and may have additional policies for a particular event. If you have any questions, please reach out to events@aims.edu or 970-339-6310.
Venue Policies (Plan your Visit Info):
Filming and photography is prohibited during the performance. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed to be used in the auditorium. Cell phones, tablets and/or other electronic devices may not be used in the auditorium.
If a patron becomes disruptive, that patron and the group they arrived with may be asked to leave without a refund.Each person, regardless of age, must be ticketed. A no-re-entry policy will be in place during the event.
Please keep in mind, there are no cancellations or refunds. Any requests for refunds will be denied. Tickets may be given to another person to use for the event. The name on the ticket does not need to match the attendee using it.
Failure to comply with these venue policies shall result in having their accounts closed, tickets revoked, admission refused, delivery method changes without notice, and/or future purchases refused. Tickets may be seized without compensation. No refund shall be given and entitles Aims Community College to pursue all legal remedies available.
Clear Bag Policy:
There is a clear bag policy in place for all events taking place in the Miller Auditorium. The clear bag policy may be put in place for other events as determined by the Campus Safety and Security department. Aims Community College values providing a safe environment for students, employees, and guests. To significantly accelerate entry into the event space, Aims has implemented a policy limiting the type of bag and dimensions of bags brought into the venue. Exclusions to this policy will be made for medically necessary items after a thorough inspection. Please make sure your bag meets our clear bag policy guidelines. If it does not, Aims Security will ask you to return it to your vehicle. Aims is not responsible for lost or stolen items. You cannot leave your personal belongings at the doors or with staff.
To expedite the entry process, ALL guests are encouraged not to bring any type of bags to the venue. Guests will be able to enter the Events Center with the following styles and sizes of bags:
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" W x 12" H x 6" D
One-gallon clear plastic bags (Ziplock or similar)
One (1) personal item, such as a small clutch or wallet not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5" in size
Guests are allowed one (1) large clear bag – either the 12" W x 12" H x 6" D clear bag or one-gallon Ziploc style bag – plus one (1) small personal item.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to purses larger than a small clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, computer bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
Prohibited Items:
- Animals (service animals permitted)
- Audio/video recording devices, including cameras and camera accessories, and lenses exceeding 4 inches
- Bags exceeding the sizes listed in the clear bag policy
- Drones or other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles
- Noise makers of any kind
- Weapons (e.g., knives, pepper spray and other aerosols, key rings/key chains for self-defense, stun guns, any concealed weapons, firearms, etc. and any ammunition or accessories to weapons)
- Illegal Drugs or substances, including any form of marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms
- Outside food or drinks, including alcohol
- Glass Bottles or Cans
- Signs larger than 11"x17" unless otherwise specified by a special event
- Large umbrellas/golf umbrellas/any umbrella with a pointed end
- Laser pointers/pens
- Selfie sticks
- Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, etc.
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, stickers, etc.
- Any other devices that may potentially interfere with, harm, and/or distract any event or event participant, other guests, audio or audio/visual telecast or recording of the event, or any technology-related service provided by the venue
- Other items, as determined by Aims Community College
Sealed bottles of water. Empty, clear water bottles under 32oz will be permitted.
Aims Community College reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case-by-case basis. Staff are not able to hold items for guests and there are no check-in areas or lockers available. All permitted bags, jackets and guests are subject to search upon entering the venue. If there are different policies for specific items for specific events, those will be listed on the event page. Event Check-in
Your ticket is in the email you received after your purchase. You are also able to save your ticket to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. When you are preparing to enter the building, please make sure you have your ID and ticket readily available as both will be checked before you enter. Each attendee needs a unique ticket to be scanned at the doors. Depending on the event venue, you may be waiting outside until the doors open at their listed time. Your ID and bag may be checked, and your ticket scanned. Door times may be pushed forward or backward at the discretion of Aims Community College. Early entry cannot be guaranteed.
Aims Community College reserves the right to refuse admission, eject, and/or revoke the right to enter the event without a refund for anyone failing to comply with Aims' rules and policies or laws.
Event Seating
For select events you are able to pick your own seats at the time of purchase. Please make sure to check which seats you are selecting before purchasing. Seats cannot be swapped after purchase. ADA seating is also available to select as an option when purchasing tickets.
For other events, seating is general admission and first come first serve. The event will list if it is a general admission event or not along with your ticket. Seats cannot be saved for your full party without all members of your party being present.
There are accessible seats available in all venues. In the Miller Auditorium you can find them in rows A and M on the first floor, and all three Skyboxes in row A. If you have any accessibility needs that we might need to be aware of before the show, please reach out and let us know: events@aims.edu.
There is a no-re-entry policy for all events. Once you leave you cannot come back in. Please plan accordingly.
Aims Community College holds the sole discretion to relocate seats due to venue modifications, safety requirements, laws, and other circumstances deemed necessary by Aims Community College.
Alcohol at Events:
Some events hosted at the college may have alcohol. Alcohol will be for sale inside the venue. Your ID will be checked upon entry. Attendees aged 21+ will receive a wristband. Wristbands are to help easily identify those who are 21+ when purchasing alcohol. If you cannot present an ID upon entry, you will not be able to purchase alcohol.

Indemnification and Compliance with Laws:
Attendees shall indemnify, protect, and hold harmless Aims Community College from and against any third-party claim to the extent such claim arises directly out of the attendee's negligence,wilful, misconduct, or breach in performance of their obligation hereunder.
Aims Community College upholds all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Everyone on any Aims Community College Campus will also abide by local, state, and federal laws.
